Remy

This 108 lb boy required surgery for a broken hind leg. 

The surgeon informed me on the day of surgery that there was osteosarcoma present in the leg. Being a very aggressive form of bone cancer, we were not given much hope. Prognosis was 3 – 6 months.

We opted for repair of the leg and palliative care and immediately sought holistic methods that would provide the best quality of life.

We were referred to Paige by our local pet supply store and explained the situation to her. She recommended Reishi and Turkey Tail tincture to fight the cancer. We have been giving it daily since then and have added another special blend she made for Remy.

Remy had x-rays of the leg done at 1 month and 2 months after the surgery. They showed no growth of the cancer at that site.

At 3 months we requested a chest x-ray to check for metastasis; none was present. 

Our vet confirmed that at this time there is no evidence of progression, lymph nodes are all healthy and normal and all limbs were palpated with no evidence of cancer found.

We are hopeful that, because we had the benefit of early detection, we have been successful in killing the cancer.  We believe that the tinctures Paige has provided have been critical in Remy’s recovery. We integrate them with a clean, cancer fighting diet, massage and providing the most normal life possible for our boy.
